WBA flyweight champion Artem Dalakian (16-0, 11 KOs) will hold his first title defense on June 17 in Kiev. Dalakyan's opponent will be the mandatory challenger for his title Sirichai Thaiyen (50-3, 35 KOs) of Thailand. The fight will take place in the open air at the helipad at Parkovy Center in Kiev.
In the near future, a press conference will be organized with the participation of Dalakian and representatives of Union Boxing Promotion, who will organize the upcoming fight and the whole boxing evening.
Dalakyan won his title this February in the US by beating on points experienced American Brian Viloria.
