WBC Silver super flyweight champion Mikhail Aloyan of Russia will hold the first voluntary title defense on December 2 in Kemerovo.
2012 Olympics Bronze medalist in the weight category up to 52 kilograms, two-time world champion Aloyan won WBC Silver title on July 22, defeating Marvin Solana from Nicaragua on Red Square in Moscow. The Russian made his professional debut on May 11, 2016 in Kemerovo beating Yader Cardosy of Nicaragua.
"Mikhail Aloyan will hold his first voluntary defense of the WBC Silver champion belt on December 2 in Kemerovo," said coach Eduard Kravtsov. "The fight will consist of 12 rounds, Mikhail's rival has not been determined yet, various candidates are being considered now."
Kravtsov noted that the preparation for the fight will be held in Russia.
"At the first stage Mikhail is engaged with the trainer on general physical training," Kravtsov continued, "and the main special training course will begin in late October at the training base "Lake Krugloye" in the Moscow region."
