Ortiz charged with 2nd misdemeanor DUI

29-year-old former world champion Victor Ortiz was charged with the second misdemeanor DUI count stemming from an arrest in September. For the first time Ortiz was arrested on Sept. 24th in Ventura County, CA around 7 PM when cops pulled over his BMW and smelled booze. Ortiz was on probation from a 2015 battery case at a Kenny Chesney concert at the Rose Bowl. In such a case Ortiz can get a sentence.
