Bogachuk: "Usik will win against Fury. It's time for Tyson to retire"

Ukrainian boxer of the first middleweight Serhiy Bogachuk shared his expectations from the upcoming title fights of his compatriots in different weight categories.

- Ukrainians will hold 5 championship fights within 2.5 months. You will start this series, which will be continued by Usik, Berinchik, Lomachenko and Gvozdik. What are the chances of our guys in the championship fights?

- Berinchik will have the hardest time. This is his first championship fight in the USA. It's a completely different time and climate here. Denis will have to fight 12 rounds with a high-class opponent. The boxing evening will be organized by the company of his opponent. We need to acclimatize, find the right sparring partners. But I think Berinchik can handle it. I hope he will win the fight and the championship title.

Lomachenko has a lot of experience. He will win. Usik will win, too. It's time for Tyson Fury to retire. He's already over his head. For Usik this is the most important fight in his life, to which he has been going all the time. I think he will outplay the Brit. Or maybe he will pelt him with punches and knock him out, as he did with another Brit Tony Bellew in Manchester 5 years ago.

Gvozdik will have a very interesting fight. I remember Benavides when he came to sparring with Golovkin. Back then, the American was young, a little raw. Now he is much more experienced. Alexander will have to pass a tough exam. But in boxing you look as good in the ring as your opponent lets you. Gvozdik can beat Benavides. By the way, we always discuss boxing fights with my wife. She's very knowledgeable.

On March 30 at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, USA, Bogachuk will fight Brian Mendoza for the interim WBC title.
