Tsarukyan explained why he plans to knockout Oliveira in the first round

UFC Armenian lightweight Arman Tsarukyan said he will look to knockout former division champion Charles Oliveira in the first round as he wants to surpass the success of current belt holder Islam Makhachev, who managed to finish the Brazilian in the second five-minute round.

"I'm going to knockout Oliveira in the first round because Islam finished him in the second round and I want to show everyone that I'm on another level. So I want to knock him out in the first round and show the whole world, especially those who are rooting against me, that I'm the best in the division. And yes, I will finish Islam too," MMA Mania quotes Tsarukyan as saying.

Recall that Oliveira and Tsarukyan will fight on April 13 at UFC 300 in Las Vegas.
