Warren on Joyce's win: 'He did what he had to do'

Renowned British promoter Frank Warren has spoken out about former WBO interim heavyweight champion Joe Joyce 's win against Kash Ali.

"Joe was coming back from two defeats. I think it took him a while to find his rhythm, his magic. In the end he did what he had to do. I think if Joyce had started pressing earlier, he would have finished Ali quicker, but he won early and shook off the rust. Now Joe is moving on.

Does Joyce have a chance at the world level? I think there's an option with a great rematch between him and Joseph Parker. After him we will know everything," - quotes Warren Boxing Social.

Recall that Joyce stopped Ali in the tenth round as part of a boxing night from Queensberry Promotions in Birmingham.
