Whittaker: 'Right now I don't really care who my next opponent is'

Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker answered the question with whom he would like to share the Octagon in his next fight.

“I’m aiming for the belt. My goal is to regain my title. And I would really like to meet Dricus du Plessis again, especially because he is the champion. However, Sean Strickland is also eligible for a title shot, so he is on my radar. Everyone talks a lot about him, he is at the top. And this may give me the path to the belt that I so strive for. So right now I don’t really care about who my next opponent will be,” Low Kick MMA quotes the Australian as saying.

Let us remind you that on February 17, at the UFC 298 tournament in Anaheim, USA, Whittaker defeated Paulo Costa by unanimous decision.
