Masvidal: “This year I will definitely perform according to the rules of boxing”

American mixed martial arts veteran Jorge Masvidal once again spoke about resuming his career.

“My retirement has definitely come to an end. I will hurt people and will definitely perform according to the rules of boxing this year. MMA is what I love most in my life. But before I start planning my return to the Octagon, I want to first try my hand at the boxing ring,” Middle Easy quotes Masvidal as saying.

Let us remember that Masvidal announced his retirement in April last year after losing on points to Gilbert Burns. At the beginning of this year, there were rumors that Jorge could fight under boxing rules with Nate Diaz, but this information was not confirmed.
