Former UFC middleweight champion Robert Whittaker made a statement on social network X after the victory over Paulo Costoi at the UFC 298 tournament in Anaheim, USA.

“I came, I saw, I conquered. It's time to go home with the loot. Thank you to everyone who sweated and bled day after day for me. Guys, without you I wouldn’t be here.

Thanks to my family who make me a better person every day. I learned a lot from this fight and it is an honor to share the cage with a warrior like Paulo Costa. My determination is unbreakable, I will not be stopped until I return what is mine. Love you all,” Whitatker wrote.
