"I am not Jesus Christ." Fury turned to Usyk

WBC world heavyweight champion Tyson Fury published an appeal to the holder of the WBA, WBO and IBF belts Alexander Usyk, who should be his next opponent.

“I don’t proclaim myself the king of kings, it’s Jesus Christ. I proclaim myself the king of boxing. This is who I am. You will understand this on May 18th, gap-toothed rabbit. Absolute,” Fury said in a video on social media X.

Let us remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury was planned for February 17 in Riyadh, but was postponed due to a cut the Briton received during the training camp. Now the boxers are scheduled to meet on May 18 there.

Fury, 35, last competed in October last year, beating former UFC champion Francis Ngannou via split decision.
