Costa made a statement before the fight with Whittaker

Former contender for the UFC middleweight title, Brazilian Paulo Costa addressed the fans on the eve of the fight with the former division champion Australian Robert Whittaker.

“Finally I'm going to show you all my impressive improvements, I've been working for months without even fighting officially just in the UFC cage. “I held two camps in Baku and Dubai, there were no fights, but the evolution was successful, and I will demonstrate it all on Saturday,” Costa wrote on Instagram.

Let us remind you that the fight between Costa and Whittaker will be the second most important event of the UFC 298 tournament, which will take place on the night of February 18 at the Honda Center arena in Anaheim, USA.
