Challenger for Bellator light heavyweight title Corey Anderson reacted to the decision of the former division leader Vadim Nemkova release the belt and move up to the heavy category.
The American is confident that such a step Russian prompted by the reluctance to have a third fight with him in the future.
“Anyone who can be honest with themselves saw that in the first fight he was like a fish out of water. He was afraid of losing, so he decided not to take risks in the third fight and simply gave up the belt,” Corey said on The MMA Hour.
Let us remind you that in 2022 Anderson and Nemkov had two fights: the first was declared invalid due to a clash of heads, and in the second the Russian won by unanimous decision.
