UFC heavyweight champion Jon Jones told how the recovery process is going after two operations.

Let us remember that in November last year, Jones was supposed to fight with Stipe Miocic, but he suffered a torn pectoral muscle and was out for 6-8 months. A few months later, the American star needed another surgical intervention to remove bone spurs on his elbow.

“I feel great. I will soon have the stitches removed from my elbow surgery. The doctor said that I have a bunch of bone spurs that have grown only on my left arm. He blames it on the fact that I've been hitting skulls with my elbows for so long.

Chest injury? The progress in her rehabilitation is fantastic. I have excellent mobility, but I am not yet at full strength. To be honest, my elbow hurts more, there are a lot of nerves there. “I am recovering quickly,” Jones wrote in X.
