Joyce on the fight between Usik and Fury: “The chances are 50 to 50”

Dmitriy Kel Jan. 5, 2024, 4:54 a.m.

British veteran heavyweight Joe Joyce it is difficult to predict the winner of the upcoming fight between a compatriot Tyson Fury and Ukrainian Alexander Usik, in which the undisputed champion of the division will be determined.

“This is the fight that everyone wants to see. I thought the guys would fight a lot sooner, before Fury faces Ngannou in October.

Tyson is taller and has a reach advantage, but Usyk throws more punches and is more skilled in the southpaw stance. So it’s a 50-50 chance. I don’t know who will win, but I’m sure we’ll see a rematch,” Joyce said in an interview with DAZN.

Let us remind you that the fight between Usik and Fury will take place on February 17 in Riyadh.
