Sterling admitted that he had been drinking alcohol every day for the past two months.

Former UFC bantamweight champion Aljamain Streling said that due to an unhealthy lifestyle, his physical condition had deteriorated significantly.

“Now in training I get tired. Those eight to nine weeks of drinking alcohol every day and chain-smoking hookah and staying up late at night definitely took a toll on my lungs, so I still feel like I’m trying to get back in shape,” Middle Easy quotes Sterling as saying.

Let us remind you that on April 13 at the UFC 300 tournament, Sterling will make his debut in the featherweight division. His opponent will be Calvin Kattar.
