UFC head Dana White supported the idea of a TNT Sports journalist who proposed scheduling a fight at the promotion's 300th anniversary tournament for the 40-year-old lightweight division veteran Jim Miller.
“This is a wonderful story. We'll make it happen, put Miller on the card. I’ll just write to matchmakers Mick Maynard and Sean Shelby now that Jim should be among the participants. Otherwise I’ll forget,” White said.
Let us remind you that the UFC 300 tournament is scheduled for April next year. Recently, there have been active rumors that it could be headed by a fight between Conor McGregor and Michael Chandler.
