Admittedly, they were not banned, because the country's President Alexander Lukashenko was not very worried about the coronavirus pandemic and advised his citizens to fight the virus with vodka. Therefore, in Belarus, boxing, like football, is not prohibited and today, on July 26, in Minsk, Alexander Ustinov (36-4, 26 KOs) scored a TKO victory over Tornike Purichamiashvili (9-14, 6 KOs).

Unbeaten heavyweight and Olympic silver medalist Joe "Juggernaut" Joyce (9-0, 9 KOs) scored a third round TKO victory over Alexander Ustinov (34-4, 25 KOs) in one of the undercard events in Stevenage, Hertfordshire, England. Joyce immediately seized the advantage at the expense of speed, constantly beating the slow 42-year-old Ustinov. The left hook put Ustinov on his knees till the end of the referee's count. Time of the stoppage was 1:55.
