The British heavyweight Daniel Dubois (22-3, 21 KOs) is officially aiming for a bright return this spring.
The most realistic and discussed option at the moment is a fight with the 42-year-old Chinese knockout artist Zhang Zhilei (27-3-1, 22 KOs). Negotiations are actively underway, with both sides showing serious interest.
“Zhilei? Yes, there is a discussion about a fight in April. I'm coming back, soon starting a full training camp. I've already lost enough time — I want to be back in the ring,” Dubois stated directly in a recent comment.
According to the boxer's entourage, London is very likely to become the location.
Let us recall that it was previously known that Dubois decided to resume working with coach Don Charles.
