The manager of former heavyweight world champion Tyson Fury, Spencer Brown, gave a clear signal — the 'Gypsy King' is returning to the ring this spring.
In an exclusive interview with Sky Sports, he confirmed that the team is actively working on organizing a fight for April 2026, and an official announcement is expected soon.
"We have really progressed far with the contract, an announcement is inevitable. You will see Tyson in the ring again. We aim to step in the ring in April," said Brown.
Among the 5-6 candidates considered as opponents, the name Arslanbek Makhmudov stands out in particular. The Canadian heavyweight is confidently among the top-3 or top-4 priority options, according to the manager.
"Arslanbek Makhmudov? Definitely. He is certainly among the three or four main candidates we are considering very carefully," Brown emphasized.
Recall that Fury has not been in the ring since two defeats by Oleksandr Usyk in 2024.
