Tyson Fury (34-2-1, 24 KO), who is preparing to return to the ring after a sixth career break, explained the reasons for his "unexpected" decision to return in a video posted on social media.

"I've won all the titles in boxing, but boxing is just the most important thing to me. It's not about the money. I could have retired 10 years ago because I've made a fortune! It's not about the money, although, of course, I always want to earn as much as possible. I will turn 38 this year, I'm bloody old, but I just love to fight. I have no other interests. I was born and bred to fight. It's my destiny. I'll probably continue boxing and eventually end up in a wheelchair, others will beat me, I won't know whether it's Tuesday, Wednesday, or December, but that's the life I've chosen, and nothing will stop me, I'm not going to quit," said the "Gypsy King".

Tyson Fury, whose last fight took place in December 2024 when he lost to Oleksandr Usyk, is expected to appear in the ring this April.
