According to official reports from Nigeria's Ogun State, Anthony Joshua has been discharged from the hospital. Local doctors believe the British boxer is currently in a condition that allows him to continue his recovery at home. At present, his health condition does not cause concern, and doctors have recommended rest and a calm recovery.

Joshua's hospitalization was the result of a tragic car accident on Monday, in which two close friends of the boxer, Latif Ayodele and Sina Gami, died. The news of the tragedy shocked the boxing community and fans of the former world champion.

It is currently unclear how these dramatic events will affect Joshua's future sporting plans. The fight in Riyadh, scheduled for mid-February, will certainly not take place. A fight with Tyson Fury was preliminarily scheduled for September.
