Matchroom Boxing promoter Eddie Hearn believes that the undisputed world champion in the super welterweight division Terence Crawford should face Jaron Ennis in his next fight.
“Terence Crawford will only want to fight for big money. And there are only a few fights that can bring that kind of sum.
In my opinion, the fight between Terence Crawford and Jaron Ennis is the best bout in American boxing. But Crawford needs to be paid to be interested, because he knows how good Ennis is. Crawford understands that this will be a real fight. In my view, Ennis is the new Crawford. We just need to secure the fights to go out and show how great he is,” Hearn said.
