Tyson Fury thinks Oleksandr Usyk will beat Daniel Dubois in their upcoming fight for the undisputed heavyweight championship. The match will happen this weekend at Wembley.
Fury lost to Usyk last year, making Usyk the four-belt heavyweight ruler. Since then, Usyk gave up the IBF belt, which Dubois now holds. Fury shared his thoughts on how the fight might go.
"I don't think [Dubois] will beat your man [Usyk] anyway. I think [Usyk]'s a tricky old wily character and he moves his feet. We all know that if you stand in front of Daniel Dubois, he'll punch a hole in you. You move your feet around him, he'll probably get tired and take a knee after about eight rounds with a jab."
Fury, known as "The Gypsy King," believes Usyk's footwork and tricky style will be too much for Dubois. He thinks Dubois might get tired and give up around the eighth round.
Last year's fight between Usyk and Dubois had a controversial moment. In the fifth round, there was a low blow, and Usyk took time to recover on the canvas. The fight ended in the ninth round when Dubois couldn't beat the referee's count after going down on one knee.
Usyk currently holds the undisputed heavyweight champion title. He's known for his tricky style and good footwork. Dubois, on the other hand, is a powerful puncher but might struggle against opponents who move a lot.
After losing to Usyk for the second time, Fury said he'd retire. But he changed his mind and now wants to fight Usyk again.
The upcoming battle between Usyk and Dubois at Wembley will be a big test for both fighters. It'll show if Fury's prediction comes true or if Dubois can surprise everyone.
