Eddie Reynoso has been very complimentary of Ryan Garcia (24-1, 20 KOs) of late, although the Mexican trainer has rarely praised anyone before. Reynoso and Garcia worked together in the past before their paths parted. It won't be long before KingRye, who is returning from a doping suspension, will have Reynoso and the entire Canelo team in his corner again.
"We only broke up because Eddie didn't have time for me. During the first two weeks of camp, I didn't see him in the gym with me, so I decided to make a change. But things look different now," Garcia stated.
"Ryan has the best left lateral in all of boxing," stated Reynoso.
As a reminder, Garcia will face Rolando Romero (16-2, 13 KOs) on May 2 in a very interesting evening of boxing in Times Square in New York City.
