Cormier has spoken out about a potential Ngannou and Wilder fight

Famous American mixed martial arts veteran, expert and commentator Daniel Cormier speculated on a possible fight between PFL heavyweight belt holder Francis Ngannou and former world heavyweight boxing champion Deontay Wilder.

"There were people who were betting on Ngannou to fight Joshua. I love Francis and I don't want to belittle him, but Anthony Joshua didn't feel threatened by him. Joshua is an extremely passive boxer, but he didn't feel pressured by Ngannou either. Largely due to Francis' lack of boxing experience.

Ngannou hadn't taken damage before, but when it happened in the Joshua fight, he looked lost. That's what worries me. I know that in the Deontay Wilder fight, there will be times when he needs to be defensive," Cormier said on his YouTube channel.
