Former world heavyweight champion Mairis Briedis believes Denis Berinchik can still have a few fights after his loss to Keyshawn Davis.
"I think that if Berinchik doesn't face top guys, he can still box for another year or two, but not to his detriment. As we can see, it's not the same speed anymore. The experience is there, but when you have a loaded atom bomb coming against you, who knows how to box, who has very serious amateur experience... This fight shows that age is our strongest opponent.
Berinchik has had a very long boxing career. Maybe he will close this defeat, but not with such strong opponents. I would instead of managers, promoters and the boxer himself would make two or three beautiful fights and finish his career without defeat," said Briedis on his YouTube channel.
Recall that on February 14, Berinchik lost to Davis by knockout in the fourth round in the main event of the evening of boxing in New York.
