Famous British trainer Barry McGuigan believes that Congolese Martin Bakole is capable of defeating WBA, WBO and WBC heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk.
"There's absolutely every chance that Bakole could be a world champion in the next 12 months. If he gets a fight against one of these guys he can beat them, he's a nightmare for anyone.
I think Bakole is an amazing talent, the biggest threat in the heavyweight division. I think he's kryptonite for Dubois and oddly enough good enough to beat Usyk if he gets a chance to fight for the title.
Bakole is a real problem, he's two meters tall, quick hands. He's not a crushing puncher, but he has a rock solid jaw. Bakole punches a lot, he knows how to hold a punch. If a man gets punched in the jaw and he takes the punch, it's very demoralizing," McGuigan told talkSPORT.
