Tszyu returns Sept. 22 in Australia

Former world middleweight champion Tim Tszyu (24-1, 17 KOs) will have his next professional fight on September 22 in Australia. Potential opponents of the 29-year-old boxer are Erickson Lubin (26-2, 18 KOs) and Jesus Ramos (21-1, 17 KOs).

For Tszyu, it will be a return to the ring after his March loss to Sebastian Fundora. The Australian was scheduled to return to the ring in August for a fight against Virgil Ortiz, but due to injuries he sustained in March, he had to wait longer before being cleared by doctors to resume training.

Tszyu's September fight will be an eliminator for the IBF title held by Bahram Murtazaliev.
