Malik Scott, coach of former world heavyweight champion Deontay Wilder, believes Oleksandr Usyk will beat Tyson Fury in a rematch.
"As a rule, my strong opinion is formed immediately after the fight. Right now I can envision Usyk winning in a much more obvious manner. But we are playing with fire in the face of Fury. He may come out in the next fight 14 kilograms heavier. But in any case, no matter how much he weighs or how big he is, if I were betting, I'd say Usyk will win in a much more convincing manner than he did in the first fight.
I think he will win early. I thought that in the first fight, too, Usyk would win by stoppage, but I thought it was going to happen because of the dissections between the seventh and tenth rounds. It did not happen because of the dissections, but almost happened naturally," - said Scott.
Recall that on May 18 Usyk defeated Fury by a split decision of judges and became the absolute world champion in the heavyweight division. The rematch is scheduled for December 21.
