Atlas gave Fury's advice for his fight with Usyk

Authoritative trainer Teddy Atlas is convinced that Tyson Fury can defeat Oleksandr Usyk in a fight for the title of absolute world champion in the heavyweight division if he actively handles his body.

"Fury's camp will be irresponsible if they don't provide for this in their fight plan and test Usyk's torso after they've seen his definite reactions to torso punches. How many 210-centimeter fighters with that kind of height can hit the body? Not too many. It's not easy to do, but it's possible.

Fury is athletic enough to do it. I've seen him punch with his right hand to the body. You have to do it without staying open for a really good counterpuncher," said Atlas.

Recall that the bout Usyk vs. Fury will take place on May 18 in Saudi Arabia.
