Lopez-Abe March 2 for IBF title

March 2 in the USA Luis Alberto Lopez (29-2, 16 KOs) will defend his IBF world featherweight title and will fight Reei Abe (25-3-1, 10 KOs).

The Japanese will enter this fight as the official challenger for the International Boxing Federation belt. Lopez won the IBF belt last December and successfully defended it twice.

Abe, in his last professional appearance, defeated Kiko Martinez. If Lopez emerges victorious from this confrontation, he could face Robeisy Ramirez in a unification fight in the middle of next year.
