WBA, WBO and IBF world heavyweight champion Alexander Usik explained why he doesn’t think about the WBC title holder Tyson Fury, with whom he will share the ring on February 17 in Saudi Arabia.
“I don't think about Fury. I have an incredibly difficult training camp ahead. I don't think about the fight, I think about the sparring I'll have to go through. About swimming, about running and about everything else that will happen in my camp. I don't think about Tyson. The only reason he appears in my head is because I see him sometimes.
But I'm already in his head. You can ask him to make sure. But I’m most likely singing and dancing in his head,” the Ukrainian said in an interview with Sky Sports.
