WBC world heavyweight champion British Tyson Fury hinted that he would refuse a fight with the Ukrainian who holds the WBO, WBA, IBF titles Oleksandr Usyk.
According to Fury, this fight will not give him anything, while for Usyk this is a great chance and he is not going to give such an opportunity to anyone.
“Winning over Usyk won’t give me anything. Who the hell is he? The fact that I give Usyk a fight is equivalent to the fact that I throw him a bone.
Everyone is waiting for me to beat Usyk, a middleweight guy who is smaller than me. If he beats me, it's like, 'Oh my God, he beat a mammoth that everyone thought was impossible to beat!' I'm not going to give anyone that opportunity," Fury said during his Netflix documentary.
