"Dubois hits really hard," he said. Joe Joyce, the only one who has managed to stop Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs) in the pro ring. Tonight at the Wroclaw stadium, the Briton will meet with Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) and will try to take away the IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight belts from him.

Until November 2020, Dubois went undefeated as a pro, but an eye socket injury forced him to surrender in the tenth round of the fight with Joyce. He knelt down and listened to the end of the referee's count. Despite this, Joyce does not deprive his former opponent of a chance in today's confrontation. Moreover, yesterday the applicant recorded his lowest weight in six years at the weigh-in.

“This is a good move on his part, it will make him faster. Usyk is really hard to hit, and thanks to the lower weight, Daniel will be more agile and possibly lighter in the last rounds. Dubois hits very hard, but remember that in order to knock out Usyk, you first need to hit him accurately, ”added Joyce.
