Edwards-Rodriguez December 16 in USA

On December 16, at the Matchroom Boxing evening in Arizona, a flyweight unification fight between the WBO world champion will take place Jesse Rodriguez (18-0, 11 KOs) and IBF champion Sunny Edwards (20-0, 4 KOs).

The boxers set the terms of the fight and signed the contracts a few weeks ago. The date and exact location of the fight, which will be shown by DAZN in the United States, should be officially confirmed in the near future.

Edwards won his last fight against Andreas Campos. Rodriguez, 23, defeated Christian Hernandez in April.
