Conor Benn (21-0, 14 KOs) said that the British Anti-Doping Commission dropped the charges against him, which means that the boxer can again apply for a boxing license in the UK.

The undefeated welterweight is due to return to the ring in September, and his second fight of the year could take place in December.

The Brit lost his boxing license after he tested positive twice ahead of his upcoming fight with Chris Eubank Jr last year.

In recent months, Benn has been named as a potential adversary, including Manny Pacquiao and Kell Brook. The last time the Englishman boxed was in April last year.
