WBA, WBO and IBF world heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) shared his thoughts on Poles' help to Ukrainian refugees.
“After the start of the war, many Poles invited refugees to their homes. How did you react to the help of the Poles?
- I was happy. I am very glad that people and countries are helping us. Not only Poles. I have Italian friends who invited people to their place. The people of Europe and the world have united together against evil.
I am very grateful to Poland and the Polish people for helping us and our people. It’s very cool,” Usyk said in an interview with the Koloseum YouTube channel.
