Frank Warren, WBC World Heavyweight Champion Promoter Tyson Fury (33-01, 24 KOs), said in a talkSPORT interview that he would soon meet World Boxing Council President Mauricio Suleiman to find out who would be the Gypsy King's opponent in his next mandatory title defense.

At the moment, the top of the WBC heavyweight contenders ranking is as follows: 1. Deontay Wilder, 2. Andy Ruiz Jr., 3. Anthony Joshua, 4. Frank Sanchez, 5. Arslanbek Makhmudov.

It is worth recalling that a few months ago it was established that Wilder and Ruiz should box for the right to a mandatory contender for the WBC belt, but their representatives have not yet reached an agreement on the fight. Now Wilder is close to the December fight with Joshua, and in the summer Ruiz expressed a desire to fight Fury, but the boxing teams did not agree on financial issues.
