Representatives of the WBA, WBO and IBF heavyweight champion teams between Oleksandr Usyk (20-0, 13 KOs) and Daniel Dubois (19-1, 18 KOs) have not yet agreed on a duel. The parties had a deadline to do this until May 2.

The most likely venues for this event at the moment are the UK, Saudi Arabia and Poland. Oleksandr Krasiuk was recently in Warsaw and negotiated this issue with the local promoter Andrzej Wasilewski.

“We are waiting for the date of the tender, but at the same time we are still trying to negotiate with the promoter of Dubois,” Krasyuk said in an interview with Boxing Social.

Dubois is the official contender for the World Boxing Association belt. The fight should take place in the first half of August.
