IBF Cruiserweight Champion Jai Opetaya (22-0, 17 KOs) received permission from the International Boxing Federation to postpone the defense of his title due to health reasons.
The IBF management has officially given Opetai permission not to start negotiations on a mandatory title defense until April 1st. Now the Australian must enter the ring no later than June 1.
