Ortis-Stanionis on March 18 in Dallas

Virgil Ortiz (19-0, 19 KOs) and Eimantas Stanionis (14-0, 9 KOs) will fight for the WBA regular welterweight belt on March 18 in Dallas. ESPN reports.

A few weeks ago, Golden Boy Promotions won a tender to organize this fight. The winning bid was $2.3 million.

The Lithuanian will earn $1.7 million for this fight. Ortiz's fee as a result of the division of the amount proposed in the tender will be $575,000. The evening of boxing will be broadcast live on the DAZN streaming service.
