Hearn: Nobody asked Okoli for half a million pounds

Eddie Hearn in an interview with IFL TV commented on the statements Lawrence Okoli about their disagreement over the contract: “A lot of what Lawrence said is wrong. We never asked him for £500,000. He has one fight left with us. He claims that his team signed up for the extra fight, not him, but he agreed to all the terms and never mentioned it afterwards."

Eddie Hearn also stated that, in his opinion, Tyson Fury will become No. 1 in the P4P rating if he defeats Oleksandr Usyk in his next fight.
