Former World Lightweight Champion Ryan Garcia (23-0, 19 KOs) will have his next professional fight on January 21 in Los Angeles. The name of the American's opponent should be confirmed in the coming days.

This will be an interim fight for Garcia before the fight on April 15 with Gervonta Davis (29-0, 27 KOs). The last time the 24-year-old boxer fought was in July, defeating Javier Fortuna by knockout.

This year, the boxer from the USA had two victorious fights. The April fight with Davis will take place in the contract limit of 136 pounds.
