Salita: 'White underestimates Franklin'

Dimitri Salita, promoter Jermain Franklin (21-0, 14 KOs), believes that Dillian Whyte (28-3, 19 KOs) underestimates his opponent. The boxing match between White and Franklin is scheduled for next Saturday.

“I really believe in it,” said Salita. "Even in the promo video, White says, 'At that point, there was no one better for me to fight.' So I really think he underestimates Jermain. White is an experienced fighter, last time he fought Fury at a big party. He has already met Povetkin twice. Jermaine doesn't fit their level of these names, so no doubt White treats him with disdain."

“I think White will be dynamic in the first three rounds, but then he will lose momentum, become distracted, and then his jaw will be an easier target. Jermain knows how to take his own, he is active in the ring, he has a good straight left, he hits very hard.
