“I lost the last fight, but I have no doubt that I am still in the top five heavyweights in the world,” believes Dillian Whyte (28-3, 19 KOs), who at the end of the month will have a duel with Jermain Franklin (21-0, 14 KOs) under new coach James "Buddy" McGirt.

“Buddy is a very experienced coach who has been in big fights both as an athlete and now as a coach. He does not want to change the player too much, but watches him, his movements, and then tries to add some little things to improve something. I am very pleased with this collaboration,” said a recent contender for the WBC belt.

“Today I am not overwhelmed with any emotions, but on the day of the fight I will certainly want to hit Franklin in the head. If Joshua wants to fight me later next year, I will be very happy, but for now my focus is only on the next fight, as yet undefeated opponent. I wanted to fight Joshua right away, but Eddie Hearn said that AJ should have one or two fights with someone else. Perhaps he is right, because in battles with Usyk he looked nervous and frightened. Today, we must recognize Tyson Fury as the best boxer in the world, and I must certainly be in the top five, ”White added.
