Kabayel and Kadirou appointed contenders for the European title

Agit Kabayel

Agit Kabayel (22-0, 14 KOs) and Peter Kadiru (14-0, 7 KOs) were nominated as contenders for the vacant European heavyweight title. The tender for the choice of the organizer of this fight should be held on November 17.

Kadir was previously scheduled to fight for the EBU belt with Alen Babić, but the Croat had other plans. Kadiru, 25, last boxed in June.

Kabayel has not shown much activity in recent years and holds one fight a year. In the past, the 30-year-old athlete was already a European champion. He won the title in 2017 and defended it three times.
