Lopez will return on December 10

December 10 at a boxing evening organized in New York, Teofimo Lopez (17-1, 13 KOs) will fight his second fight after moving to super lightweight. Among the potential rivals of the former world lightweight champion are Arnold Barbosa (27-0, 10 KOs).

On Saturday, Lopez made his debut in a new weight category, winning ahead of schedule against Pedro Campa. It was his first fight since losing to George Kambosos last year.

Top Rank is also considering a December bout between Lopez and the winner of the fight between Richard Commey and Jose Pedraza, which is scheduled for August 27.
