Alexander Krasyuk does not believe in sports pension Tyson Fury (32-0-1, 23 KOs), which the King of the Gypsies announced immediately after defeating Dillian Whyte in April.
“I don't take it seriously. The world loves Fury, and I doubt very much that he will leave forever. You can’t believe everything he says,” Krasyuk said in an interview with Sky Sport, who would like to see the current WBC heavyweight champion in a unifying confrontation with his ward.
“When Usyk defends his belts, he will probably want to fight Fury for the title of absolute champion,” said the Ukrainian’s promoter.
The rematch between Anthony Joshua and Oleksandr Usyk is scheduled for July 23 and will probably take place in the Middle East. The official announcement of this fight is expected in the near future.
