IBF, WBA and WBO heavyweight champion Oleksandr Usyk (19-0, 13 KOs) wrote down an appeal to Ukraine and Ukrainians, commenting on Russia's invasion of the country.
“Dear Ukraine, dear Ukrainians. Many media wrote that I ran away. No. I went to work, I came back, I'm at home. Friends. We need to unite. Because a very difficult time has now come, I am very overwhelmed with emotions. I am very worried about my country, for many of our people. Friends. We must stop this war. We must do this. All together,” Usyk said.
