Dillian Whyte (28-2, 19 KOs) signed a contract to fight with Tyson Fury (31-0-1, 22 KOs). The fight for the WBC world heavyweight title will take place on April 23 at Wembley Stadium in London.

White, 34, waited until the last minute to sign a contract, but it was probably just a psychological game on the part of the current interim champion of the World Boxing Council. The contract was signed, but, according to the American media, another tax issue regarding the payment for the April fight has not been resolved.

The boxing evening will be hosted by Frank Warren, who won the tender with a record $41 million. In the US and the UK, the fight will be shown on a paid broadcast. About 90,000 fans will be able to watch what is happening live.
